2. Proposal & Costing
A clear construction scope and transparent pricing proposal is prepared based on the reviewed documentation.

Programme, inclusions, exclusions and key assumptions are confirmed to ensure all parties share a common understanding before proceeding.
3. Construction & Delivery
We deliver commercial fitout and refurbishment works through disciplined site management, coordinated trades and clear communication.

All works are carried out safely and in accordance with approved documentation, relevant standards and compliance requirements, with particular care taken in live environments.
